Does Ellaone after intercourse work?

Good evening I wanted to ask a question, my girlfriend and I had intercourse and in the meantime the condom broke, I state that there was no ejaculation, to be safe we went to the pharmacy and took the pill (ellaOneA). My fiancée is about to enter her fertile period, I wanted to know if there were any problems with the effectiveness of the pill.

Ellaone is an emergency contraceptive method, the use of the pill within 120 hours of unprotected intercourse shows its effectiveness.
If your next menstrual period is delayed by more than 7 days, you should take a pregnancy test.
