Good morning I took comboterol twice a day now I have switched to febrodual and my question is which drug is more effective?

Formodual contains formoterol and beclomethasone. Formoterol is a bronchodilator that also works for about 12 hours (the same mechanism of action as Salmeterol contained in Comboterol), and beclomethasone is a corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory and swelling-reducing effects (similar to fluticasone).
Like Comboterol, this drug is intended for systematic use in the treatment of bronchospasm diseases, i.e. asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Beclomethasone in Formodual is a prodrug that is converted into an active metabolite in the airway epithelium, reducing the risk of side effects than fluticasone.
Yes, I was referring to the drug formodual and comboterol, which drug will be better for asthma in which fev1 is 83% and fvc is 95%. And I have changed my comboterol drug to formodual or is it a drug with a similar effect?

Comboterol contains salmeterol and fluticasone propionate. Salmeterol is a bronchodilator with an effect of about 12 hours, and fluticasone propionate is a corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory and swelling-reducing effects. The drug is used for the systematic treatment of bronchial asthma, as it prevents the occurrence of attacks of shortness of breath and wheezing in the respiratory tract.

Berodual (I'm assuming it was this drug because there is no preparation called Febrodual) contains fenoterol and ipratropic bromide. Fenoterol is a substance that causes rapid and short-term bronchodilation (lasting 4–6 hours), and ipratropic bromide dilates the bronchi due to its anticholinergic properties. Berodual is used to prevent symptoms and treat asthma and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). This medicine should only be used on an emergency basis.
