Do you have diarrhoea after you start taking this medicine Yaz is it related to the adaptation period?

Good afternoon! The question is, I have a small cyst, the gynecologist prescribed Jes+. Now I'm taking the first pack on the 9th day. Around the 6th day, strange trips to the toilet began. Stools are frequent and not particularly loose. Does this mean that these OKs didn't work for me, or is it an adaptation?

Usually, during the adaptation period to the use of hormonal drugs, e.g. Yaz, irregular spotting and bleeding occur.

On the other hand, the occurrence of diarrhoea (at least 3 stools of excessively loose consistency) is one of the side effects of the drug. In case the diarrhea does not go away, I encourage you to consult a doctor. You can also take advantage of a teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

I also encourage you to report the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over the medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:

I am attaching a link that allows you to check the availability of Yaz and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:

I also encourage you to read our article on how to fight diarrhea:
