A diet dedicated to gastric and duodenal ulcers should be followed. Meals should be small, easy to digest, preferably cooked. Avoid giving fatty, highly spiced, spicy, stomach irritants, carbonated drinks, coffee and tea. You can drink flaxseed, which has a coating and shielding effect and relieves pain. You should refrain from eating late in the evening and avoid lying down after eating. You can also take preparations that reduce reflux and hyperacidity in the stomach, such as Reflu-G or Gastrotuss, on an ad hoc basis:
