Can I reduce my Rinvoq dosage? can I share Rinvoq tablets?

Hello, I have been suffering from atopic dermatitis since childhood. Today I am a 45-year-old man.
I was assigned Rinvoq 15mg as a cure. Given the side effects on the leaflet and all the risks involved, I would like to ask if I should try to take a dosage that is half (7.5mg) and see if it is enough for my dermatitis to improve. Of course, you should divide the tablet in half. And if it works, continue like this. Thank you for your consideration.

When you are taking Rinovoq, follow the dosing instructions given to you by your doctor.
Rinvog should not be divided, it is an extended-release tablet, splitting, crushing and chewing affects the release profile of the substance and its effect. Like all medicines, Rinvoq may or may not cause side effects. Reducing the dose is not a guarantee that you will not experience side effects.
