Yes, Tamiflu and Tamivil contain the same active ingredient, oseltamivir, and can be used interchangeably, also by pregnant women.

Information about the use of Tamivil by pregnant women:

"Treatment of influenza in pregnant women

There have been no controlled clinical trials of oseltamivir in pregnant women, but there are data from postmarketing studies and observational studies that indicate a benefit of lower morbidity/mortality with oseltamivir in this dosing regimen in this population."

"These data, in combination with the results of animal studies, do not indicate direct or indirect harmful effects on pregnancy, embryonal/foetal or postnatal development. Pregnant women can take Tamivil."
