Can Invokane, Zenofor SR and Dicloreum retard be combined?

Can Invokana 100 mg, Zenofor SR 1000 and Dicloreum Retard 100 mg be used together?
I am referring to the use of these drugs throughout the day, not together at one time.

Invokana, Zenofor SR, and Dicloreum Retard are prescription medications. They can be used together if the prescriber has been informed of all the products they are taking.
"Clinical studies have shown that diclofenac (Dicloreum retard) can be administered concomitantly with oral antidiabetic drugs without affecting their clinical function. However, there have been isolated cases of both hypoglycaemic and hyperglycaemic effects that have necessitated dose adjustment of antidiabetic agents during diclofenac treatment." Therefore, when Dicloreum retard is used concomitantly with Invokana and Zenofor, regular blood glucose measurements should be taken.
