Can you combine Diazepam 10 with Tilidin 200 to treat a sciatica attack and what is the risk of side effects?

Can you combine Diazepam 10 with Tilidin 200? I've been suffering from a severe sciatica attack for several weeks, I can't walk, I don't sleep, I don't have a pain-free position. I took Diazepam 10 and Tilidin 200 today. I'm lethargic, the pain is palpable, but not so bothersome. What is the risk of side effects? Did this combination make sense at all? Thank you for your replies.

Both drugs have addictive potential and can cause respiratory depression and increased sleepiness. Combined use may increase adverse reactions, resulting in a risk of death in the event of respiratory distress.
Tylidin is a central analgesic drug. Diazepam is a psychotropic drug with a calming effect. In the treatment of sciatica, a treatment consisting of strong anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants is more often used. It is worth consulting the problem with an orthopedist, who will prescribe appropriate treatment and possibly suggest other solutions (e.g. surgery).

In case of any doubts, I encourage you to take advantage of the teleconsultation with an orthopedist - the service is available on our website in the e-visit tab:
