How to take Glucophage XR - before, during or after a meal?
Hello, I was prescribed Glucophage XR at a dose of 2000. The doctor told me to take 2 tablets a day: one tablet (1000) in the morning, the other (also 1000) in the evening. A question that comes to my mind that I forgot to ask during the visit – should I take the pill in the morning on an empty stomach and if so, how much time before a meal? Or maybe during a meal or a specific time after? The same in the evening, before, during, or maybe after?

Glucophage XR should be taken during or immediately after a meal.
