Hello on Sunday morning I took Monural 1 sachet .since the evening I have severe dizziness, nausea # blood pressure spike was on Monday morning 146/110/103 constant feeling of dizziness and nausea. On top of that, stomach aches and loose stool. I have a GP tomorrow. How long it can last. Neither walk nor anything. He drinks a lot to pee it. Please and advise. Thank you

Headache and dizziness, nausea, stomach pain and diarrhoea are common side effects of Monural (may affect up to 1 in 10 people). They usually go away on their own within a few days of taking the medicine.
