The concomitant use of Avamys and Flixonasse is not recommended. Both preparations contain fluticasone (glucocorticoid), but in different forms: furoate and propionate. Therefore, they have the same mechanism of action, and their joint use may lead to increased side effects specific to this group of drugs.
