The manufacturer does not provide information on whether it is permissible to dissolve the contents of the capsule in water. However, it is a gelatin capsule that dissolves in the stomach, so there should be no problem with the absorption of the substance when you swallow the contents in the form of a suspension - i.e. you open the capsule.
