Whether Clatra and Pronasal stopped working after 3 weeks of regular use?

Hello. I suffer from chronic laryngitis. The ENT specialist prescribed me Clatra and Pronasal. I'm allergic (dust mites). I take 1 tablet a day, after about 2 weeks there was a kind of improvement, the symptoms were less bothersome (discharge and constant clearing of throat). However, 3 weeks go by and it's worse again. It's back to what it was, I've had a gel in my throat all day. Has the medicine stopped working? Or something else caused the recurrence of the resurgence. Follow-up in approx. 2 weeks.

Perhaps there was an infection in the meantime - hence the discharge in the throat.
It is a good idea to continue using Clatra and Pronasal and add a mucus thinner. These drugs are available in pharmacies without a prescription.
