Can Berodual and Nebu-Dose Plus be used together, and if not, what should I give first and at what interval?

Good morning, the doctor recommended to my son (2 years 7 months) berodual 3x10 drops in nebu dose plus (half an ampoule). However, from what I've read, it shouldn't be combined in one inhalation. If it is necessary to use it separately, what should be given first and at what interval?

In general, inhalation solutions containing hyaluronic acid and ectoine (e.g. Ectodose, Nebu dose hyaluronic, Nebu dose plus) should not be used simultaneously with medications in one inhalation, as they impair their absorption. You should keep min. 2 hours between the two products, and use normal saline to inhale with Berodual. Berodual dilates the airways, so I would give the drug first.
