Good morning, the doctor has prescribed me karazim tablets, which, unfortunately, I am not able to swallow. I've always had trouble swallowing pills, so I usually ask my doctors to take that into account, but this time I think the doctor just forgot. As far as I can see, they are enteric pills - can I crush them anyway?

Unfortunately, the Karazym tablet should not be crushed - the coating is to protect the contents from gastric juice. If you damage the coating, the preparation will not be absorbed properly and you will not get the desired effect.
All such products, including those available in pharmacies in Poland, are in the form of enteric tablets, which should not be crushed.
