Is the prescribed dose of pregabalin and lamotrigine too high for me?

I am currently taking 600mg lamotrigine. The dose was increased about 2 months ago. Additionally, I am taking pregabalin, which has also recently increased from 600mg to 300mg daily.
I feel dizzy all the time after taking lamotrigine. My question now is, isn't the lamotrigine a bit high dose? I weigh just under 60kg and have only had problems since the increase.

The dosage of lamotrigine and pregabalin preparations is determined by the attending physician, m.in. on the basis of the patient's clinical condition.
