Propranolol is a prescription active ingredient. In Poland, ready-made drugs containing propranolol are available in doses of 10 mg and 40 mg https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/propranolol.
If the child needs to be treated with propranolol in a dose lower than that available in ready-made preparations, the doctor may write a prescription for powders to be made at the pharmacy in the appropriate dose for the child.
