Can I take Tramadol and Dexak (25 mg) separately as an alternative to Skudexa 75 mg + 25 mg?

Can you take Tramadol and Dexak (25mg) separately as an alternative to skudexa 75 mg + 25 mg?
An acquaintance from Poland suffers from back pain and no longer has skudexa. He can't go to Poland to see his doctor at the moment, so we ask ourselves whether you can use the mixture mentioned above. Furthermore, I would be happy to receive alternative suggestions to Skudexa that are available in Germany.

According to the current medical literature, tramadol and dexketoprofen may be an effective combination in relieving pain. Concomitant use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and opioids is usually effective and relatively safe. However, you should always consult your doctor before changing your treatment regimen.

If your friend suffers from back pain and cannot get Skudexy, he or she should consult a doctor in Germany for alternative treatment suggestions. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

The GdziePoLek portal allows, m.in things, to track the availability of medicines, supplements and medical devices in pharmacies in Poland. At the same time, I do not know what names Skudexa substitutes have in this country, because our portal allows you to track the availability of medicines in Polish. It also has its German equivalent at:
