Can Nebbud be combined with Budesonide Lek-Am?

Can Nebbud (0.25 mg per 1 ml) be combined with Budesonide Lek-AM (400 mg budesonidum)?

You can inhale with Nebbud and rinse your sinuses with Irigasin.

And is it possible to combine Nebbud 0.5 mg with Irigasin (240 ml sinus irrigator) and rinse the sinuses? I would be very grateful for your reply.

Nebbud should not be combined with Budesonide Lek-Am as they contain the same active substance. The combined use of the preparations increases the concentration of budesonide in the body and increases the risk of side effects.
