Good morning, I'm taking the contraceptive pill Aidee. He usually takes the pill at 9 a.m. Unfortunately, I forgot about the last pill from the package and took it only at 11 p.m., which is two hours out of the possible 12 hours late. Is effectiveness reduced? Should I start a new pack right away at the same time or should I normally take a 7-day break now?

If you miss a tablet in the 3rd week of the cycle, you can follow two schedules. Since you have forgotten your tablet, please follow the procedure below:
"You should take the last missed tablet as soon as you remember, even if it means taking two tablets at the same time. The next tablets should be taken at the usual time. After taking the last tablet from the current pack, the patient should start taking the tablets from the next pack, i.e. without taking the tablets between packs. You are unlikely to experience withdrawal bleeding until you finish the second pack, but you may have spotting or intermenstrual bleeding on the days you take
tablets."
To sum up - you are not taking a 7-day break, but starting the next package tomorrow. If you have taken the tablets correctly for the last week, there is no need to use additional protection during intercourse in the following days.
