Hello, if I have type 2 diabetes, do I take metformax and jardiance, am I entitled to ozempic for reimbursement?

If, in addition, you meet the indications written below, your doctor may issue a prescription for Ozempic at a discount.
Indications for reimbursement:
Type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients treated with at least two hypoglycaemic agents, with HbA1c ≥ 7.5%, with obesity defined as BMI ≥30 kg/m2 and very high cardiovascular risk defined as: 1) confirmed cardiovascular disease, or 2) damage to other organs manifested by: proteinuria or left ventricular hypertrophy or retinopathy, or 3) presence of 2 or more major risk factors listed below: -age ≥ 55 years for men, ≥60 years for women, -dyslipidaemia, -hypertension, -smoking
