The erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) is 67 mm/h and the CRP (C-reactive protein) is 13 mg/L. Both of these indicators are markers of inflammation in the body. However, the interpretation of laboratory test results should always be done by a physician who will take into account the entire clinical situation, the patient's symptoms, and other diagnostic tests.

ESR and CRP values can increase in response to a variety of factors, including infections, inflammation, as well as other conditions. The final decision on the necessity of treatment and the possible use of drugs to reduce inflammation should be made by the doctor after a thorough examination of the patient.

If you feel well and have no symptoms, but only the test results are slightly elevated, it may mean that the body is in the phase of reacting to some factor, but this does not necessarily require immediate drug treatment.
