What should I do if my doctor has prescribed an antibiotic and the test shows a slight line with influenza A?
Good night. For 3 days now I have a temperature of 39.3, which does not collect well. Yesterday I went to the doctor, examined and prescribed a kombo test. I did it negative, prescribed Amoxicillin 1g 2r/7 days, syrup from karshu and inhalation .As I look now, there is a barely noticeable strip for influenza type A. What to do? Can I buy a flu antiviral? Prescription required.

It's a good idea to repeat the test first. It is worth knowing that the test result should not be interpreted more than 15 minutes after it has been performed - after this time the result is no longer reliable.

If the new test also gives a positive result for influenza A - it is necessary to consult a doctor. Flu medicine can only be purchased at a pharmacy with a prescription.
