Can I use Bibloc and Melatonin?

I take Bibloc 2.5 mg every morning, I have trouble sleeping and my neighbors often don't let me sleep so I don't get enough sleep. Can I take any sleep supplements while taking bibloc? For example, the melantonin 1 mg that my sister takes?

Yes, you can take melatonin 1mg while taking Bibloc. Melatonin is taken before bedtime, so the time interval between preparations will be long enough.
