CBD has properties that inhibit liver enzymes responsible for the metabolism of many substances, e.g. trazodone (Trittico), lercanidipine (Primacor). Concomitant use of CBD oil with these preparations can lead to an increased risk of adverse drug reactions. Therefore, unless necessary, you should avoid combining enzyme inhibitors (e.g. CBD) with Trittico and Primacor.
