Good evening,I have acne on my face after taking Zafrilla, I am taking it for endnmetriosis on two ovaries, only 10 days since I have been taking the pills, and there is already pain in the right ovary and a crumbled face 😕and a little bleeding has🤷 ♀️ gone

The most commonly reported effects of Zafrilla are headache (9.0%), breast discomfort (5.4%), low mood (5.1%) and acne (5.1%). Zafrilla may also cause side effects such as stomach pain, spotting and bleeding.
