Hello , I have a problem. A white residue builds up on my tongue. I've noticed for some time now that after brushing my teeth somewhere around an hour and I have a bad smell from my mouth. If there is this sediment on the tongue and it will wash so that even before that there is unpleasant breath, if you manage to remove it a little it is better, but it still does nothing. I read somewhere that you can use antibacterial mouthwashes and toothpastes. Will it be good for such a thing or not necessarily?

These may be symptoms of oral mycosis. Over-the-counter antifungal mouthwashes can be used first. If your symptoms do not go away after 3-4 days, you may want to consult your GP – you may need to use antifungal medicines in capsules, available on prescription.
At the same time, it is worth reducing the supply of sugar in the diet, and increasing the amount of fiber and drinking at least 100 calories. 2 liters of water per day.
