Can Fluenz Tetra be less effective if both doses are given in the same nostril?
Hello, if a nurse gave a child fluenz tetra vaccine in one hole of both doses, can it harm him? I don't know why she did that, the leaflet says that two doses each into a separate hole.

This is not the typical way the vaccine is administered. The efficacy of both doses has not been studied when both doses are given into the same nostril.
If you have any doubts, it is advisable to consult your pediatrician.
