We received Xylometazolin 0.05 from a pediatrician for a 2-year-old with allergies and rhinitis and momester from an allergist. I didn't find out if I could combine these two drugs?

There are no contraindications to the use of both drugs during one treatment, provided that the recommendations described in the leaflet are followed. Xylometazoline should be used for a maximum of a few days, as it can cause a habituation effect. Before applying Momester, it is a good idea to clean your nose (e.g. with sea salt).
