What to do if you feel unwell after taking the medicine Trittico CR persists?

Good morning, a month ago I stopped taking trittico cr, the same day in the evening I started to have a terrible headache and I had convulsions. The next day I went back to trittico and since then I still feel unwell, but it's better than when I stopped taking the drug. What to do in this case?
