Can you take Lymphomyost Heel without having a thyroid gland and using Euthyrox?

Good morning. I have a question about Lymphomyost Heel. The daughter had 3 otitis with perforation and pus 3 times in a short time. After a course of antibiotics, the doctor recommended taking this drug, but I was shocked when I read that it contains levothyroxine! Can my daughter, who was born with WNT and has no thyroid, takes 75 euthyrox a day, take such a drug?

Lymphomyost Heel is a homeopathic remedy that contains ingredients in very high dilutions. D12 with levothyroxine means that the dilution in the ratio of 1:10, i.e. 1 part + 9 parts solvent has been done 12 times, i.e. the concentration of the substance is 10^-12. These are trace amounts of the agent, so the probability that it will affect the patient's condition is negligible.
