Is it possible to use Ceroxim as an alternative to Dalacin C for tooth inflammation?

Dalacin C and Ceroxim are different medications and are not interchangeable. Cefuroxime (the active ingredient in Ceroxim) penetrates bone much less than clindamycin (an ingredient in Dalacin C) and will therefore not be as effective in treating tooth inflammation. Visit your dentist, who will verify whether it is necessary to use an antibiotic and, if so, select the right preparation.
