Can a single dose of 3 tablets of Liberelle affect the effectiveness of contraceptive protection?

Good morning, two days due to a lot of stress I took 3 Liberella contraceptive pills during the day. I took the next pills at the same time according to the schedule. Can such a single intake of 3 tablets affect the effectiveness of contraceptive protection?

Taking 3 tablets of Liberelle once in one day does not affect the effectiveness of contraception, but it may cause side effects such as headache and dizziness, stomach pain, malaise or spotting.
