Hello, I'm over 67 years old, in 2016 I had deep vein thrombophlebitis of the right lower limb (I80.2). is Pradaxa 150 mg (30 capsules each) recommended at the time and used today against relapse free for me?

According to the current reimbursement schedule, Pradaxa is reimbursed for:
Venous thromboembolic complications in adult patients after elective total hip arthroplasty (up to the 30th day after arthroplasty) or knee arthroplasty (up to the 14th day after arthroplasty) - primary prevention.
For the prevention of recurrence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), the drug is not reimbursed.
