Does nexpram have pressure jumping? Yesterday evening I took half a pill, i.e. 5 mg before, with the psychiatrist's permission, 1/4 for four days and that night I woke up at 3 drenched in sweat, I started to telepath, my arms and legs were shaking, I measured my blood pressure, it was 137/94 and so it jumped until 5 a.m., I slept until 8 a.m. and I feel such an internal tremor, I don't know what to do

The symptoms you describe (profuse sweating, tremors, blood pressure spikes) can have various causes. They can be related to the drug itself, but also to other factors such as stress, improper fluid intake, improper diet, or other health factors. It's hard to judge from such a short description.
Restlessness, tremors and paraesthesia are the side effects of Nexpram described in the Summary of Product Characteristics. However, I do not find any information in the medical literature on blood pressure spikes. Perhaps it is related to an exacerbation of the disease or other health factors.
