Pregabalin is an antiepileptic drug that is also used to treat pain neuropathy and anxiety disorders. Anafranil is a tricyclic antidepressant in the group of tricyclic antidepressants. It can also be used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder.
When you use these medications at the same time, you may experience excessive sleepiness, dizziness, difficulty concentrating and judgment, as well as difficulty making intended movements. If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is advisable to determine whether these medicines can be used at the same time and, if so, whether there is a need to change the recommendations on how to administer them. If both drugs have been prescribed by one specialist, please keep at least 2-3 hours between their use and do not take them at the same time.
