After my endometriosis surgery, my surgeon and gynecologist prescribed Zafrilla 0-0-1. In addition, I have had the Kyleena IUD for 1.5 years.
However, the package leaflet states that additional hormonal contraception is not recommended.
Now the question - can you take Zafrilla if you already have the Kyleena?
Thanks for a reply.

Zafrilla is a hormonal preparation used to relieve the symptoms of endometriosis. Do not use other hormonal contraceptives (such as Kyleena IUD) while using this medicine. Zafrilla does not have contraceptive properties and condoms or other non-hormonal agents should be used to prevent pregnancy.
I am attaching a link that allows you to check the availability of Zafrilla and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:

If your doctor has advised you to use Zafrilla, you may not have been aware of your Kyleena IUD. I encourage you to consult again and make sure that you have received the recommendations.
If it is not possible to make an in-person visit, you can take advantage of a teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
