Can I split a pill Mycofit ?

Can I split Mycofit 500 mg film-coated tablets?
The doctor recommended a reduction in the dose and wrote a prescription for Mycofit 250, but I still have this medication at home in a higher dose and I wanted to use it.

I'm afraid there's no way to split a pill.

Mycofit 500 mg tablet is available in film-coated form on both sides.
The manufacturer of the drug does not mention the possibility of dividing it.

If you would like to use a medicine that you still have at home, I suggest you contact your doctor and ask if you can take a single dose of 500 mg. In this case, the doctor would have to take into account the change in dosage. However, this is only possible with the doctor's approval.
