My son has had a wet cough for 4 weeks, we use Hitaxe, Singulair and Pelavo bronchial - can I still include him on Actifed?

My son has had a wet cough for 4 weeks. We had a lot of medication. Currently we are on hitaxie, singulair and pelavo bronchitis. Can I enable him to actifed yet?

Actifed contains a cough suppressant that is used to relieve the symptoms of a dry cough. It should not be given to a child who has a wet cough.
