Or if by any chance I wanted to swallow the belara in the morning and I take it in the afternoon but I quickly spit it out and left it for later when I have to take it and it comes in the package

The effect of the medicine will be retained. You can swallow this pill in the afternoon. It would also not be a mistake if you exceptionally took your medication in the morning.
