Such a combination is not advisable.
The use of both medicines at the same time increases the risk of methotrexate side effects, especially a decrease in the number of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets, liver and kidney damage. Consult your doctor again and determine if it is absolutely necessary to take Acard.
If, despite everything, you decide to use such a combination, you should observe your body's reaction. If you experience weakness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain (especially in the right side), yellowing of the skin, swelling, decreased urine, bleeding (e.g. from the nose), tarry stool or other worrying symptoms, consult your doctor urgently.
