Your doctor should decide whether to switch from duloxetine to Brintellix based on your condition. If you have any doubts about the diagnosis (of what you are suffering from), it is best to ask the person you are being treated with.

For dulokestine, there is a large amount of research on its effectiveness in reducing the severity of fibromyalgia symptoms. In the case of vortioxetine (the active ingredient in Brintellix), such data is scarce, but the substance has been shown to be effective in various types of chronic pain. In general, both drugs have a primary indication in the treatment of depression.
