Can Distreptase suppositories negatively affect acid reflux?

I was diagnosed with dysption, I was prescribed esoxx one, controloc, duspatlin, in addition, it turned out that I have a cyst on my ovary and I was prescribed distreptase suppositories, but my condition worsened from the moment I took these drugs, vomiting occurred or was it due to the combination of these drugs? Can suppositories negatively affect gastrointestinal reflux?

The summary of product characteristics of Distreptase does not indicate a risk of gastrointestinal disorders (including reflux and vomiting) following the use of suppositories. Possible side effects include local inflammation and possible risk of bleeding. The listed drugs: Esoxx One, Controloc and Duspatalin should alleviate stomach ailments, and certainly should not aggravate them, which is why it is advisable to consult a doctor and undergo an endoscopic examination to assess the condition of the upper gastrointestinal tract.
