Can I give my child Amotaks DIS 1 g if I run out of time to complete the treatment?

Hello, my daughter (3.5 years old-14 kg) had otitis and was prescribed Amotaks 2 times for 5 ml for 10 days, I still have 3 doses of antibiotic left to be given but the medicine has run out (I thought I had shredded the granules wrong but the syringe I administered the medicine differed as to the 0.5 mm scoop). Should I go to the doctor for an antibiotic supplement?I have several tablets of Amotaks dis 1 g, can I give them to my child?

To @Gaja.:

Yes, this result excludes pregnancy and there is no need to repeat the test.

If you have run out of medicine for your child, you should consult your doctor to supplement the therapy.

Do not give your child other medications, such as Amotaks Dis 1 g, yourself without consulting your doctor. The dosage of the antibiotic should be strictly adapted to the age and weight of the child.

If you are unable to get to your primary care physician, you can use a teleconsultation with your doctor:

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book the medicine at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it after presenting a prescription:
