Hello, I wanted to ask what if I put in a ginoring disc 8 days ago without a break from withdrawal, and today I got my period and I can't find the disc anywhere. What if I lost it, I don't even know what day?

If the Ginoring disc has prolapsed and it is not known when, it is usually assumed that contraceptive protection is not maintained. Since you did not take a break before putting on the ring, it can be assumed that after it fell out, contraceptive protection would be maintained if you put on a new ring within 7 days. If the break could have been longer than 7 days, pregnancy should be ruled out before a new disc is inserted and an additional method of contraception should be used for the first 7 days.
