The price of one dose of Gardasil 9 ranges from PLN 384.90 to PLN 699.99. To buy the preparation in a pharmacy you need a prescription:

Currently, about 51% of pharmacies integrated with GdziePoLek have the Gardasil 9 vaccine in stock. You can book the preparation through our website, but you have to pick it up at the store after presenting a valid prescription. The vaccine must be stored in a refrigerator (2°C–8°C).
