If you lose your light pink Qlaira tablet from days 3-7, take the tablet from an additional spare pack. If you do not have an additional pack, take another tablet from the sheet. If you take another tablet from the blister, the day you start a new pack will be postponed, as well as the day you start bleeding from withdrawal.

In order to obtain a new prescription for an additional pack of Qlaira, you can use a teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
