Hello, I suffer from an anxiety disorder, the psychiatrist prescribed me Sertraline 50mg, I take it for the 5th day, and before it was without any effects, but last night I felt like drunk, I vomited, dizziness, headaches, today I got up and I have a problem urinating, it is difficult for me to urinate and when I have already passed I feel discomfort in my stomach, whether from the drug and will it pass?

Rare cases of urination disorders have been reported with sertraline. Vomiting, nausea and diarrhoea may also be side effects of this preparation. The described symptoms are quite violent, so I suggest you consult your doctor about the further possibility of using the recommended treatment.
