Do not donate blood for the duration of treatment with Duphaston and Letrozole and for some time after the end of therapy. Always ask your donor doctor how long you need to wait after stopping the medicine, as medicines have different durations of action. It is not only about the possible presence of medicinal substances in the blood, but also about the donor, who must be in full strength and health to donate blood.
A person who wants to donate blood should write down in the questionnaire what medications they took and when they took them. During the interview, the doctor will determine whether the drugs temporarily exclude you from donating blood. If this happens, you will be told how long you have to wait to come back to the blood donation centre.
