I have prescribed ozempic but paid 100%.
Unfortunately, non-refundable ozempic is in very small quantities, while refundable is available.
As a person with a 100% paid prescription, can I buy ozempic from the reimbursed pool, but of course with 100% payment? Or will it not be sold to me and I have to wait for a non-refundable pot?

If you have a prescription for a drug with full payment, you can buy drugs that are on the list of reimbursed drugs. They will be issued to you with a 100% fee, i.e. according to the doctor's order.
Therefore, we cannot talk about a pool of reimbursed/non-reimbursed medicines. There is one common pool of medicine in a given dose. The only difference is the level of payment.
As long as the medicine is available in the dose stated on the prescription and the prescription has not expired, there is no reason for you to be refused the medicine from the pharmacy.
